Return / Refund Conditions
- Return or refund requests must be made within 14 days after delivery, based on the logistics tracking information.
- Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept products that have been opened, worn, damaged, altered, or are not in resalable condition.
- Please contact us before sending any item back. We do not accept returns sent directly without prior approval from our customer service team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is caused by a confirmed product quality issue or an error on our part.
- The after-sale warranty period is 14 days from the date your parcel is delivered.
If you receive a defective product, such as ripped, incomplete, dried, shriveled, or damaged lenses, please contact us immediately at support@luminareye.com with clear photos of the defective item, lens packaging, and order information. After verification, we may offer a replacement, return, or refund according to the situation.
Please do not throw away the lenses or their packaging before your issue is resolved. Different batches and packaging may vary, and the original packaging is required for verification.
Important Notice
- Please check whether the items are damaged, defective, or the wrong color before opening the package.
- Each order is eligible for one after-sale service request only.
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available if the product is correct but the color does not meet your personal expectations.
- Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available if the parameters you selected are not suitable for your eyes.
- Opened or used contact lenses cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
Return / Refund Process
1. Contact Us First
Please email us at support@luminareye.com before returning any item.
In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return or refund
- Clear photos or videos, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Please do not return the lenses to the address shown on the package. That address may not be our return warehouse, and we may be unable to receive or process your return there.
2. Wait for Return Approval
Our customer service team will review your request and reply as soon as possible. If your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions.
3. Pack the Item Properly
Place the approved item or items in their original packaging. The product must remain unopened, unused, and in good condition so that it does not affect resale.
4. Ship the Package
Drop off your return package with your chosen carrier. After shipping, please send us the tracking number and tracking website so we can monitor the return status.
5. Return Inspection
Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the item to confirm whether it meets our return conditions.
6. Refund Processing
If your return is approved after inspection, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
